The Poise Society (TPS) is an initiative of The Philanthropist Foundation. The Poise Society provides radical community-based programming, mentoring academy, digital community, and resources for young ladies.
Our vision is to cultivate a society where girls and women can be restored, redeemed, revived, renewed, and reclaimed through community and relationships with one another.
Through our radically designed mentoring experience, we are devoted to providing a girl-centered curriculum that educates, exposes, and empowers our young ladies to become the best versions of themselves.

We aim to provide young ladies with support from their local community while uplifting and providing positive female role models and mentorships.

​TPS supports The Poise Academy, an empowerment group that provides mentorship, resources, workshops, and digital content. Designed to educate, expose, and empower young ladies beginning in grades 3rd-12th to continue to break barriers and shatter glass ceilings.

Our radical girl-centered curriculum provides mentorship, resource workshops that cultivate a safe space for girls while promoting college and career explorations, scholarship, philanthropy, advocacy, and global sisterhood through a year-round program.

TPS's mission is to help build and develop character and confidence through education and career exploration by offering weekly mentoring sessions, excursions, and workshops.
